Who we are
This site is operated by Omni Industrial Pte Ltd (UEN 202423581N), a Singapore company providing industrial-property consultancy and, in association with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, estate agency services. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us when you contact us — through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone. That typically includes your name, company, contact details, and the details of the property or JTC matter you describe. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you don't send confidential or sensitive information until we've agreed an engagement.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to provide our services. We may use it to follow up on your enquiry and to keep records of our dealings. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
A note on WhatsApp
If you contact us through WhatsApp — including via the "Send via WhatsApp" button on our contact page — your message is delivered and stored through WhatsApp's own service, subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. The button simply opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled; nothing is submitted to a third-party server on our side.
Where your enquiry is processed
When you submit the enquiry form, your message is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form service whose servers are located outside Singapore. They pass the message to our inbox; they do not use it for their own purposes. If you would rather your information stayed out of a third-party service, you are welcome to email or call us directly instead — our details are on the contact section.
Disclosure
We treat client matters as confidential by default. Your information is shared only with those who genuinely need it to serve you — and never published, sold, or disclosed to others without your consent, save where we are required to by law.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was given, and for any period we are required to retain records by law, after which it is securely disposed of.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask us to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent to our use of it, at any time. To make a request, or if you have any question or complaint about how we handle your data, contact us at information@omniindustrial.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Analytics & cookies
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our pages, in aggregate and without identifying you personally. If cookies are introduced, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
