How we handle the information you share with us, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Who we are
This site is operated by Omni Industrial Pte Ltd (UEN 202423581N), a Singapore company providing JTC land-lease and regulatory consultancy. Omni Industrial is not a licensed estate agent. Enquiries about buying, selling or leasing property are handled under Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Licence Number L3008899K), the licensed estate agent, and Huttons' own data protection policy also applies to that part. We are responsible for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us when you contact us — through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone. That typically includes your name, company, contact details, and the details of the property or JTC matter you describe. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you don't send confidential or sensitive information until we've agreed an engagement.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services and keep records. If you tell us how you found us, we use that only to see which channels bring enquiries. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
A note on WhatsApp
If you contact us through WhatsApp — including via the "Send via WhatsApp" button on our contact page — your message is delivered and stored through WhatsApp's own service, subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. The button opens a WhatsApp link with your details already in it, so they reach WhatsApp as soon as you press the button, even if you never send the message; we run no server of our own that receives them.
Where your enquiry is processed
When you send the enquiry form by email, your details go to Web3Forms, a third-party form service whose servers are outside Singapore, which delivers them to our inbox and acts as our data processor. Web3Forms operates from India and uses providers including Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner. Under its own privacy policy (last updated 13 July 2026), it keeps form submissions for up to three years and may send your email address and IP address to its spam-filtering services, CleanTalk and Akismet. If you would rather your information stayed out of a third-party service, you are welcome to email or call us directly instead — our details are on our contact page.
Disclosure
We treat client matters as confidential by default. Your information is shared only with those who genuinely need it to serve you — and never published, sold, or disclosed to others without your consent, save where we are required to by law.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was given, and for any period we are required to retain records by law, after which it is securely disposed of. Copies of form submissions kept by Web3Forms are held under its own policy, for up to three years.

Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask us to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent to our use of it, at any time. To make a request, or if you have any question or complaint about how we handle your data, contact our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The site's hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and operation. If we introduce analytics, we will update this notice before it goes live.
Our typefaces are served from this website itself; the pages load no fonts, scripts or trackers from third-party servers.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
